ACEG Algerian Branch has carried out a series of activities in the production safety month since the beginning of June，2020， in accordance with the requirements related to the production safety month of ACEG Headquarters and the theme of “Eliminating potential accidents and strengthening the defense line of safety”, combined with the covid-19 epidemic prevention and control regulations and standards in Algeria.
Each project of ACEG Algerian Branch, has established a safe production month activity team headed by the project manager, the activities have been implemented in strict accordance with the work safety requirements and epidemic prevention and control measures, all the employees made a solemn vow of safe production and have been trained on proper wearing of a helmet, a facial mask, on personal protection, one-meter social distancing. Each project helped its employees learn the Safety production law and safety management systems, banners and safe knowledge illustrations were used for the employees to learn safe production methods and safety management systems, and at the same time, activities such as safety knowledge questionnaires and watching accident warning videos were carried out and as a result, the employees` safety awareness and behavioral norms have been comprehensively enhanced.
Inspection works for hidden dangers have been also organized and carried out in all worksites focusing on the electric facilities, fire fighting systems, the scaffolding, deep foundation pits, and the proper use of helmets, safety belts and safety nets, in order to prevent accident risks and eliminate the hidden dangers.
